Financial Review of Week 25

Well, everything has gone a bit to hell recently.

We have stormed into the ‘over the over budget’ territory of the food/household shopping budget, and I have been getting by on not much more than hope.

Here we go.

FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD SHOPPING

Ready meal (sigh), Garlic Baguette, Bread £4.12

Milk £1

Orange Juice, Baguette, Donuts £2.35

Frozen Sweetcorn and Potato Waffles £2

Milkshakes x 2, Cucumber, Cake, Bread rolls x 4, Bread £4.96

Carrots, Apples, Bananas £3

Ice Creams, Crisps, Milk, Tomatoes, Lettuce £5.36

TOTAL SPENDING = £22.79

We are over the food budget by £17.90

DISPOSABLE SPENDING

TRAVEL (DAY TO DAY)

2 X return bus journeys = £6.60

CONTRABAND PURCHASES

Water bottles x 4 = £1.40

GIFTS

Donation of food items to a Food Bank £14.57 (this was probably a very bad thing to do but at least I have helped some people)

TOTAL DISPOSABLE SPENDING = £22.57

TOTAL SPENDING THIS WEEK = £45.36

I have been doing some money making this week and have sold about £50 of books and DVDs but I will need to wait for these payments to clear before I get too excited.

I am going to ebay some items today. Things are getting pretty desperate.
